The MySexAdvisor.ch site aims to provide online services for exclusively female ads and profiles to adults. All people who connect to MySexAdvisor.ch, whether they are advertisers or simple visitors, are considered users.

As for payment, you have to buy "points" which will allow you to buy ads or activate boosts "TOP GIRL" to highlight your profile. Adding a video, editing the profile and editing photos are free actions. MySexAdvisor.ch also offers the free "Deactivate" option for a profile for 30 days. This feature can be found in "My Account". You can also make your profile invisible on MySexAdvisor.ch by unchecking the "Unfortunately not available" box.

It is strictly prohibited to promote illicit products such as drugs, alcohol, etc. (Non-exhaustive list). MySexAdvisor.ch reserves the right to correct and/or delete prohibited information. Use

Any user of the site must be of legal age in accordance with the legislation in force in their country. MySexAdvisor.ch provides advertisers with a promotional product called "Booster" such as the product "TOP GIRL". Once activated, the profile cannot be deactivated. This option continuously offers a boost that places the profile back in first position on the site for a maximum duration of 12 hours. Each time another user decides to also pay for this option, your ad "TOP GIRL" will be downgraded one position to the right.

This way, the most recent ads always get maximum visibility. This is an effective way to get additional exposure for your ad and maximize your chances of finding customers quickly. To enable the "TOP GIRL", you must log in to your account, edit the ad you want to boost and click on "+12 HOURS TOP GIRL". Make sure you have enough "Points" available.

Intellectual property rights

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, resell, download or exploit, in whole or in part, this site on any medium whatsoever. Such actions are subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution against those responsible. Users of the site can only upload content for which they hold the rights. These conditions of use of the service constitute the entire agreement between MySexAdvisor.ch and the user of the service concerning its use, and replace any possible prior agreement.

Swiss law is applicable exclusively, and the courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, to the exclusion of any other law or tribunal.
