Fleur de Pavé is an association based in Lausanne which aims to promote health in the world of prostitution. Their approach is to consider sex work as a social reality, without judgment. They carry out prevention, defense and support actions for sex workers in the canton of Vaud. The association offers free, confidential and drop-in social services on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, where they provide administrative and social assistance. They also host a free French conversation workshop every Wednesday. In addition, Fleur de Pavé intervenes every Thursday evening on street prostitution sites at the Grande Fontaine in Fribourg. They distribute prevention materials and information to sex workers in salons and go once a month to Le Seuil, a day center for drug dependent people, to discuss sexual health issues. Bella Donna is a social support program aimed at people active in the sex trade in the canton of Valais. Its main objective is to combat forced prostitution, to provide social and health support to people engaged in sex work, to establish the necessary conditions for the operation of a salon or an escort agency, and to protect minors in the area of ​​prostitution. The program offers outpatient and local psycho-social support on two sites, in Sion and Visp. The organizations responsible for the project are the Antenne Sida Valais Romand and Aidshilfe Oberwallis. Consultations and interviews usually take place on their premises, but in certain situations they can come to the person's home or workplace. Confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed if necessary.

Xenia is a professional team offering consultations to sex workers in the canton of Bern, including women, transgender people and men. Their consultations cover various areas of life and administrative issues. They offer confidential support in areas such as the cantonal law on the exercise of prostitution, work-related problems, personal questions, health and prevention of sexually transmitted infections, debt resolution, taxes, legal issues, career change, starting out as a sex worker and continuing education opportunities.
